How to order a PaySika physical card ?

You are new in Paysika application and you would like to create a virtual bank card to make your transactions and you don’t know how to do it ?
You are at the right place !
It is important to know that you can order a physical bank card and create a virtual bank card with the PaySika application.
But, here, we are going to talk about the physical bank card.
It is very simple ! We invite you to follow the following steps so you don’t miss anything 😊.

First step

• On your homepage, you have to click on the “card” tab

You will be redirected to the page where the cards are securely managed.

PS: A pop-up will appear asking you to verify yourself. And you had to do this to get full access to the functions.

• To create the card you must press the “+create card” button as shown in the images below.

| Second step

Après avoir appuyé sur le boutons ” +créer une carte”, une notification va apparaître pour vous demander de choisir une carte physique ou virtuelle.

• You must choose “physical” to continue to create your PaySika physical bank card.
• You will be directed to a page that will ask you to choose the physical card model you want.
• You will press next after your choice. You will then be directed to a page where you will give your personal information (name + first name and district) .

PS: The first physical card is free of charge, but we will deduct 3000 FCFA for logistic costs.

Just after ordering your card, it will be sent for production. And you will receive after some time a notification when it is available.
