How to withdraw money from your paySika account?

At PaySika, we allow you to top up your account but also to withdraw money from your account. This shows our good faith if you have a problem.
So, you ask how it works.

First of all, you need to make sure that the number is associated with a mobile money account:

The different steps are as follows:

• You will insert the number.

On the home page of your account (as well as on other pages), you must click on the “send” icon at the bottom of the page.

a) By clicking on the icon, you will go to the page where you have to insert the number, on the number space, PaySika will automatically put your own mobile money number.
Then, if you want to withdraw money via your mobile money, just click on next.

b) If you want to withdraw money from your PaySika account via another mobile money number : If the number is in your contacts, just click on the “contacts” button and make your choice.
For example : If the number is in your contacts, you just have to click on the “contacts” button and make your choice. You will then access a page where you will be shown the different types of accounts that the number has (PaySika account and a mobile money account). All you have to do is choose the mobile money account.

PS : If the number does not have a PaySika account, you can invite them to join you.

c) If the number is not in your contacts
You just have to add it by clicking on the “contacts” button. Then, on the contacts page in the application, you will click on “add”, and then choose “mobile money” and insert the number and the name as shown in the following visuals:

• You must click on “next “ , once the number has been selected,

• You will then enter the amount to be withdrawn and click on “withdraw “ .

• You must enter your PIN code to validate the transaction .
