As required by local regulations, all PaySika users must fill in their identity before taking full advantage of all the company’s services. This requires:
Put the details + choose, film and send your ID
Step 2: Upload the photo of the ID you have chosen.
Before taking the picture you should make sure that :
If you are satisfied with the photo, click Accept, then Next to proceed to step 3.

Take a selfie
After filling in your personal information and uploading your ID, you must take a selfie by following the steps below:

After taking and validating your selfie, a verification via an artificial intelligence algorithm will be launched. You will then receive a confirmation message/confirmation of the validity of your identity based on the information received.
After these two steps, a verification via an artificial intelligence algorithm is launched to :
* Check the validity and conformity of the identity document,
* Verify if the user’s selfie photo is compliant,
Compare the user’s ID photo with the selfie photo taken directly in the PaySika application using AI to see if there is a match,
Step 1: On the homepage, you must click on the plus (+) button
Step 2:
a) If your mobile money account is the number you registered on your PaySika account, you will just have to input the amount and click on ” Recharge your card “.
b) If your mobile money account is different from the one registered on your PaySika account, you just have to click on “Change”, input the number, add a name then come back to the top up screen and click on ” Recharge your card “.
Step 3 : Then a pop-up will appear on the screen with the number and you will have to put your mobile money secret code to confirm the top-up.
Now, if the pop-up does not appear, you just need to type the code *126 # for MTN and #150# for Orange to input your secret code if you are in Cameroon.
PS: This code may change depending on the country and the operator you are using.
On the homepage, you must click on the plus (+) button

Step 2: You will enter a new page where you will click “add a card”.
Step 3: You just have to insert your card information.

You must use either:
If you no longer wish to use a card you can simply delete it. To do this, go to the “Card” tab, select the card, click on “delete card” and confirm the deletion.
To block a card, simply go to the “Card” tab of the mobile application, choose the card you want to block and click on “Block Card” and follow the procedure.
You have to wait a few seconds and it’s done.
When you are on the home page (as on the other pages), simply click on the “send” icon.
You will enter the page where you will have to insert a number.
a) If you want to send money from your PaySika account to another PaySika account.
1st case : If the number is in your contacts, you just have to click on the “contacts” button and make your choice. You will then access a page where you will be shown the different types of accounts the number has (PaySika account and a mobile money account). All you have to do is choose the PaySika account.
PS : If the number does not have a PaySika account, you can invite him to join you.
b) If the number is not in your contacts
You just have to add it by clicking on the “contacts” button. Then, on the contacts page in the application, you will click on “add”, and then choose “PaySika account” and insert the number and the name.
After returning to the page, when the number has been selected, you must click on “next”.
You will then enter the amount to be sent and click on “send”.
Finally, you must enter your PIN code to validate the transaction.
When you are on the home page (as on the other pages), simply click on the “send” icon.
You will land on the page where you have to enter a number. On the part where numbers are suggested, you must click on “choose contact”.
If the number you are interested in is not on this contact page, click on “add account”. You will have to choose which type of account you want to add (mobile money, PaySika) then put the number you want to send money to and save.
You can now send money to your friend on PaySika without any problem.
To change your password, you have two possibilities:
Possibility 1: On the login page, you just have to click on “Forgotten password”. You will automatically receive an SMS on your number containing an OTP code that will allow you to proceed to the next page and enter a new password
Possibility 2: in the settings of your account, you will see explicitly “Change password”, you will be asked for your PIN code, then enter the old password, enter the new password and validate.
1st case : Blocking your PaySika card
In the “card” tab of the application
– Click on “Block card”.
– This can be done if you have already had to create a card.
– Choose “Block” when the confirmation pop-up appears
– Wait a few seconds and it’s done.
2nd case : Unlocking your PaySika card
With PaySika, you can also unlock your PaySika bank card yourself.
This can be done in three steps:
– Click on “Unblock card”.
This can be done if you have already had to create a card.
– Choose Unblock when the confirmation pop-up appears
– Wait a few seconds and it’s done.
How to change your PIN code ?
When you are logged out or go out of the application, for better security you are asked a PIN code.
If you have forgotten your PIN code or you simply want to change it, you just have to :
