How do I make a payment on Alibaba?

To delete a payment method on ALIBABA, the user must

Log on to their PC and access their ALIBABA account by clicking here: https://www.alibaba.com/

• Click on “MY ALIBABA” in the profile menu.

• Click on “TRANSACTIONS” and then on “BANK CARDS”.
• Delete the registered payment method and return to the payment page. You will be prompted to register a bank card if you click on “CREDIT/Debit CARD”.
• Enter all the required information:

1. Credit card number
2. the expiry date
3. the CVV
4. billing name and address, as they appear on the card
   

Follow the instructions and complete the payment.

To resolve a request with Reason 2 :

After correctly inserting and saving the XAF bank card details, if you receive the error message again, (capture 1 of the file) you must contact ALIBABA online support who will ask you to provide supporting documents. This process can take up to 48 hours.
To avoid this long wait, you can contact your supplier directly, who will ask you to issue a new invoice.
