• First of all, you need to make sure that your app is up to date on the stores. 
• Afterwards, you need to make sure that the status of your account is verified (that you have provided all the requested information). 

• You must also have at least 2,000 FCFA in your account because, the temporary card actually costs 1,000 FCFA and you must pre-finance $ 1.

NB: for users holding the Xaf main card, the fees of 1000 Fcfa of the USD debit card will be reimbursement.   All you have to do is fill in this form

If everything is OK, your card will be created without problems and you will be able to use it smoothly on merchant sites.

• You can of course top up and make withdrawals from your USD debit card
• You can also block and unblock your card yourself. 

But, for all your online payments, rest assured that you have enough money. 
For more than two or three payments with insufficient funds, your card will be automatically blocked and will no longer work.
