PaySika is a fintech that develops a set of banking solutions for French-speaking African countries starting with Central Africa, where more than 80% of the population does not have access to banking services but uses mobile money services. Thanks to a very friendly and multicultural team (six nationalities), we share the common goal of becoming the first super financial app in Central Africa. With a very user-friendly environment, our specificity is our ability to innovate very quickly and make ergonomic tools designed to meet the needs of our customers in order to scale quickly.

To strengthen our sales team, we are recruiting a CUSTOMER SUCCESS.

Main missions:
  • Follow up with customers and handle their complaints in order to build customer loyalty;
  • Apply the principles of banking and financial regulations as well as the commercial rules of after-sales services (after-sales service);
  • Feed and update the customer and prospect database, classify and archive files and documents;
  • Ensure all incoming contacts, in the back office, remotely (telephones, emails, letters): filtering, answering questions, directing to the department concerned, processing and writing letters;
  • Participate in various entertainment events (breakfasts, trade fairs, conferences, etc.) and various commercial meetings;
  • Monitor your market and sector of activity: the different players, the state of the competition, emerging trends to identify prospecting opportunities.
Profile sought:
  • Bac +2/3 in business and sales, communication or any equivalent diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Mastery of commercial, communication and sales techniques;
  • Be proficient in Excel and English speaking techniques;
  • Be proficient in at least one CRM software;
  • Master the techniques of dialogue and support for clients in difficulty.
